About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer with experience in both computer vision and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

As the Regional Production Manager for Vietnam, you will oversee all production and developments running through our Vietnam factories that are operating on the VVEAVE platform. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and adherence to platform expectations while managing a team of 1-2 direct reports. Based in Ho Chi Minh City with direct oversight of operations in Hanoi, you will serve as the key liaison between factories and the platform, ensuring efficient communication, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvements. Your role includes guiding factories through integration, monitoring product developments, and maintaining quality standards while optimizing workflows and reporting key production metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Factory Integration

  • Provide comprehensive guidance to factories on integrating with the VVEAVE platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance with technical specifications
  • Collect and analyze feedback from factories to improve operations and platform functionality, presenting actionable insights to leadership
  • Conduct new functionality training sessions and develop training materials to keep factories updated on software enhancements and best practices
  • Maintain factory partnership and ensure contract compliance

Product & Production Management

  • Oversee all ongoing developments with factory partners and manage Brand customer orders in production, ensuring alignment with capacity and capabilities
  • Track and report on the status of all active orders using KPI dashboards, ensuring 95%+ on-time delivery performance and full stakeholder visibility
  • Coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure complete and accurate invoice records for all orders and ensure compliance with accounting standards
